Brace-Less | Fall 2025

I designed a lightweight lattice forearm brace optimized for Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) using a 3D arm scan, featuring integrated hinges and a latch. The project explored the capabilities of additive manufacturing in response to the lab’s Formlabs Fuse 1, leveraging alternative lattice-generation workflows to achieve ergonomic fit and structural efficiency.
